How our seven-day returns work

Seven days from the day the parcel reaches you. Tell us what is wrong through the contact page and we start the return there and then.

Keep the box and any tags. A product that comes back unused and in its packaging is refunded in full.

We arrange the courier for the pickup, so there is nothing for you to book.
